West Jasper Search Warrant | Walker County Sheriff's Office
WEST JASPER SEARCH WARRANT
The Sheriff’s Narcotics Division obtained a search warrant for a residence on Frank Evans Road in Jasper after a drug investigation.
The Walker County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, Narcotics, and K-9 Divisions executed the search warrant.
Investigators seized approximately 2.8 grams of Fentanyl and made one arrest.
Justin Maurice Woods, age 34 of Jasper, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance. Woods also had active warrants for his arrest with the Sheriff’s Office for the following: Alias warrant Reckless Endangerment, Fleeing or Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Resisting Arrest, Theft of Property 2nd, Burglary 3rd, and two counts of Theft of Property 1st degree.
Woods is also on Federal Probation and the case will be forwarded to the U.S. Probation office in Birmingham.
SIPSEY SEARCH WARRANT
The Sheriff’s Narcotics Division obtained a search warrant for a residence on Black Forest Lane in Sipsey.
The warrant was signed after investigating the sale of Methamphetamine from the residence.
Monday morning, the Sheriff’s SWAT, Narcotics, and K-9 Divisions executed the search warrant.
Investigators made one arrest and seized digital scales and other paraphernalia.
Tammy Renae Lollar Swain, age 62 of Sipsey, was arrested for two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.
