Congressman Robert Aderholt has announced that two students from North Alabama have been accepted into the United States Naval Academy with his nomination. Natalie McCabe from Tuscumbia and Caleb Price from Florence will join the Class of 2029 at the prestigious institution.

Natalie McCabe, a student at Muscle Shoals High School, is the daughter of Trip and Jill McCabe. Caleb Price attends Florence High School and is the son of BJ and Elaine Price. Both students have received appointments to the academy, which they have accepted.

Congressman Aderholt expressed his pride in their achievements, stating: “I am incredibly proud of Natalie and Caleb for earning appointments to one of our nation’s most prestigious service academies. Their academic achievements, leadership, and commitment to service make them excellent representatives of Alabama’s Fourth District. I have no doubt they will go on to serve our country with honor and distinction.”

Every year, Congressman Aderholt nominates several young individuals from Alabama's Fourth Congressional District for appointments to U.S. military service academies. These nominations are based on various criteria including academic performance, extracurricular activities, character, and a strong desire to serve the nation.
