The Walker County Sheriff’s Office made several arrests this past week on traffic stops and while responding to calls for service.  Those arrested are as follows:

Munro Michael Munson, age 53 of Cordova, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Misty Michelle Weldon, age 50 of Sipsey, was arrested for two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine and Buprenorphine), Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Pistol, Public Intoxication, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

David Neal Henderson, age 60 of Jasper, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Jonathan Roy Lee, age 48 of Empire, was arrested for Assault 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief 1st degree, and Fleeing or Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer. Lee also had a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on Domestic Violence.

Octavius Jamar Rogers, age 31 of Birmingham, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Glenn Wayne Newman, age 44 of Oakman, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on traffic violations. Newman is also wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

James Matthew Harris, age 36 of Jasper, was arrested for failure to appear on a traffic violation.

Jeffery Lynn Whitt, age 59 of Townley, arrested for failure to appear on a traffic violation. Whitt also had a warrant with the Hueytown Police Department.

Angela Marie Davis, age 46 of Cordova, was arrested on warrants with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeramey Daniel Vandiver, age 46 of Jasper, was arrested on a warrant with the Dora Police Department.

Burl Wayne Marlin, age 59 of Jasper, was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd degree.

Colton Dwayne Thorpe, age 28 of Jasper, arrested on a warrant with the Jasper Police Department. Thorpe also had a warrant with the Winston County Sheriff’s Office.
