The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Awards four annual scholarships:
Jim Webb Memorial Scholarship - Awarded to one Russellville High School Senior
Matt Hester Memorial Scholarship - Awarded to one Franklin County Schools Senior
Junior Leadership Scholarship - Awarded to one Russellville High School Senior and one Franklin County Schools Senior who graduated from the Franklin County Junior Leadership Program.
