AT&T Mobility network service outages impacting 911 calls
AT&T Mobility is experiencing a network service outage impacting the ability to deliver AT&T Mobility wireless 9 1 1 calls in your area. AT&T teams are engaged and working to fully isolate and resolve the issue. The specific cause of the service outage has not yet been determined. Due to this service outage, you may experience interruptions or degradation to Wireless 9 1 1 calls. If you dial 9 1 1 from an AT&T phone, you may be routed to another county's 911 center. Please be patient and asked to be transferred back to Franklin County(or the county of your emergency). You may also dial our administrative number at 256-332-8820.Again, AT&T is working to resolve the issue. There are no known issues with other cellular providers at this time.
