Hackleburg Elementary School Principal, Mary Kennedy, wowed the audience during our 2022 Countywide Teacher Inservice. She reminded everyone that many of our students bring much more to school in their “backpacks,” (chains of anxiety, abuse, neglect, hunger, etc.) and we should be mindful of these things as we teach them. Excellent job, Mrs. Kennedy!
