Cullman County awards $932,692 in athletically-related financial aid to students in 2023

Cullman County's George C. Wallace State Community College-Hanceville invested $932,692 in athletically-related financial aid for college students in 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is unchanged compared to the previous year.

There were 84 male and 81 female student-athletes who competed for one or more sports teams representing George C. Wallace State Community College-Hanceville in 2023. Male students received 7.4% less financial aid on average than female students.
