Census Bureau: More women than men in St. Clair County in 2020

Of the 88,929 people living in St. Clair County in 2020, 50.2 percent (44,673) were women and 49.8 percent (44,256) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Birmingham Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 167. In the 65 and over age range, there were 8,302 females and 6,599 males.
