On Wednesday, March 5, former Hayden High School standout Savannah Woodard’s current college team, the Liberty Lady Flames, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Lady Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium against Kennesaw State Owls.
