U.S. Congressman Robert Aderholt, who represents Alabama’s 4th district, highlighted federal investments and concerns about crime in recent posts on his social media account.

On August 13, 2025, Aderholt stated, “I’m proud to ensure that Alabama’s Fourth District gets a fair share of the money they send to Washington in federal taxes, and these projects are a clear example of that commitment in action. This investment will improve infrastructure, support local economies, and build a”. In a follow-up post published seconds later, he shared a link: “https://t.co/xcAjZRMYea”.

Later the same day, Aderholt addressed issues related to public safety in Washington D.C., writing on August 13, 2025: “I appreciate President Trump acknowledging the crime problems in DC, and taking decisive action. Many of my DC staffers and interns live in the District and most have been directly affected or know someone directly affected by the rampant crime. Our Nation’s Capital should be a”.

Aderholt has represented Alabama’s 4th district since 1997 after succeeding Tom Bevill. He previously served in the Alabama House of Representatives. Born in Haleyville, Alabama in 1965, Aderholt continues to reside there at age 57. He holds degrees from Birmingham–Southern College (BA) and Samford University (JD).
