On Friday, May 16, former Springville High School standout Jake Goolsby’s current collegiate team the West Alabama Tigers lost 5-6 against the Delta State Statesmen in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Henley Field at 2 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Delta State Statesmen in the tournament.

The West Alabama Tigers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 2 p.m. at Henley Field.
