The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office announced on May 11 that community events took place in Ragland and Pell City, including the Ragland Block Party and Logan Martin Lakefest 2026.

These events are significant for fostering engagement between law enforcement and residents. Community gatherings such as these provide opportunities for public interaction with local officials, strengthening trust and communication.

Sheriff Billy J. Murray attended the Ragland Block Party alongside Dusty and Lieutenant Slezak, highlighting the department’s presence at community functions. The Logan Martin Lakefest 2026 also saw participation from members of the sheriff’s office throughout its duration.
