The FCCA is proud to support the 2023 Franklin County FFA Livestock Judging Contest held today at Daily Farms. David Daily offered an excellent and uniform set of cattle. 

Congratulations to Phil Campbell FFA for placing first and Red Bay FFA for placing second, as well as Dawson Felix for scoring high individual for the contest. 

Assisting with the judging event were Reid McGuire, Director of Field Services for the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association along with former FFA member Colt Thomas. 

The future of the beef cattle industry is bright!

St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office files additional charges in child abuse case

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office has filed new charges against Shelli Edwards in a child abuse case. Authorities say there are now eighteen total charges pending an Aniah’s Law hearing.
